HBBA Executive Board
The Executive Board provides strategic oversight and direction for the HBBA, helping to align our programming and policies with our mission and purpose.
Executive Board Elections
Executive Board positions have 2-year terms and are open to any current member of an HBBA chapter. Elections are held annually in April, with each Chapter President casting a single vote on behalf of their chapter. The Vice President, Chapter Development, Secretary, and the first General Member are elected in even-numbered years. The President, Treasurer, Events, and the second General Member are elected in odd-numbered years. To learn more and review the duties of each Executive Board position, please view our HBBA bylaws.
Executive Board Meetings
The HBBA Executive Board meets on the third Thursday of each month from 10:00 to 11:30 AM in Green Bay, with an online option for those who wish to attend virtually. Board meetings are open to any HBBA member to attend. If you're interested in attending, please reach out to the Executive Board President to confirm the date, time, and location at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Any current HBBA member can request that the Executive Board discuss an item at their monthly meeting, but must submit that request by email to the HBBA Executive President no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled meeting.
