Hello, I am Amy Jo Tetzner! I have worked in Mortgage and Real Estate since I was a Junior in College at UWGB. With over 20 years of experience in our market; I offer a high level of mortgage education and skill. I specialize in Conventional, VA, FHA, WHEDA, USDA, Commercial purchase and refinance. I work as a mortgage broker allowing our team to search for the best lender at the best rate and costs for the consumer. I volunteer with our local NEW Community Shelter in teaching monthly finance and credit classes and for the past two years I have served on the board of directions for First Reach Foundation which assists in bringing mental health care to our first responders. I enjoy life with my husband Jared. Jared owns a Real Estate and Appraisal business. We have two kids Cait and Jamison and we have two dogs-Odie and Bill. Jared and I love to travel and recently visited our 20th Country together! In our spare time we work on upgrading and run our small resort in the Upper Peninsula of MI-Bear Creek Resort and we recently purchased the historic general store in Blaney Park near our resort that we are rehabbing to turn into a new boutique.
