Dustin Gresen

Dustin Gresen is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience across manufacturing, commercial banking, and organizational development. As President & Owner of Preferred Cabinet Solutions, he directs operations for a rapidly expanding multifamily and commercial cabinetry manufacturer. He also serves as Co‑Owner of multiple ventures, including Valley North Distributing, A1 Polishing & Finishing, and Royal Custom Plastics. Before transitioning into business ownership, Dustin spent more than a decade in the banking industry, where he held several Vice President roles in commercial and business banking at American National Bank Fox Cities and Wells Fargo. Throughout his career, he has earned a strong reputation for his strategic leadership, relationship‑building expertise, and commitment to sustainable organizational growth.

Beyond his business and financial experience, Dustin is deeply engaged in coaching and community service. With over a decade of high school football coaching experience, he currently serves as the Safeties Coach for West De Pere High School and has previously held roles as Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Green Bay Preble High School, as well as Defensive Backs Coach at Ashwaubenon High School. His dedication to youth and community development extends further into nonprofit leadership, serving as Chair of the Executive Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northeast Wisconsin, a Board Member of the Greater Green Bay YMCA, and Chair of the Development Committee for Curative Connections. Dustin’s blend of entrepreneurial vision, community leadership, and team‑building experience underscores his reputation as a well‑rounded, committed, and impactful professional.
