I love being a mortgage loan officer because I love helping people make their homeownership dreams come true. I especially love working with first time home buyers and veterans. Our bank offers some great programs including several zero-down options as well as the down payment plus grant which not all lenders in the area offer!
My ideal referral would be someone who is serious about making their homeownership dreams a reality. I am happy to talk to anyone and come up with a plan no matter if they are looking to buy in the next 2 months or the next two years. My goal is to be the "go to" for mortgage questions so that when people close on their home, they feel confident in the mortgage they have.
